Phoenix Primary and Secondary School

In the Primary Satellite pupils follow a broad curriculum based around the National Curriculum for core subjects; Literacy, Maths, Science, Computing, and PHSEC and the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) for other foundation subjects.  The IPC is a comprehensive, thematic, creative curriculum followed by our partner school which is modified for the needs of our pupils.  The curriculum is designed in such a way to maximise social interaction and inclusion opportunities where appropriate with mainstream pupils.  Specific learning goals for every subject are set with a focus on international mindedness and reflection on personal learning.
